Mike J. Pedersen
President/Project ManagerCoordinator- CES


Duties: Responsible for general company management proposal generation, sales, scheduling and following through with project management on various jobs including tank removal, tank installation, water filter media removal and replacement, emergency response spills of all types, building decontamination, demolition projects. Also, completing various permits, site safety plans, regulatory compliance requirements for projects, invoicing and collections for the projects completed.
Experience: Eighteen years experience in the hazardous waste and construction industries. Inclusive of emergency response, building decontamination and plant closures. He has significant experience in cleaning and removal of underground storage tanks, soil excavation and remediation, the transportation and disposal of hazardous & contaminated waste, soil biological treatment, sampling and waste profiling, regulatory compliance, permitting, dealing with aspects of State and Federal regulation, project management and supervision, proposal generation, sales, contract execution and invoicing, hydo blasting systems, waste recycling, heavy equipment operations, confined space entry, PCB decontamination and removal of transformers and contaminated material, categorization of unknown chemicals (HAZ-CAT), lab packing chemicals, asbestos abatement supervision (AHERA) and general construction. Holds a Class-A General Engineering Contractors License.

Project Manager/Coordinator- CES

Duties:

Leeland Davis
Project Supervisor- CES

Duties:
Include job walks and biding on projects, scheduling of
crews and equipment, customer and city regulatory agencies contact. Types of jobs-- Soil & water sampling and treatment. Tank cleaning and removal of both under and above ground tanks. Identification and categorization of laboratory chemical packing and disposal. PCB and asbestos packing and disposal, the operation of various heavy equipment.
Experience: Twenty-three years experience in the hazardous waster clean-up industry performing services which include: decontamination of buildings; the removal of underground tanks; asbestos abatement; emergency response to chemical spills; packaging and disposal of laboratory chemicals; cleaning of tanks above ground, underground, aboard ships (including confined space entry on supplied respirators) and general construction.
